On the left side pour in a straight line of cherry or any red syrup, covering about 1/3 of the ice. Next pour blue raspberry or any blue syrup, on the right side in a straight line, covering another 1/3 of the ice. Finished by filling they center section with banana or any yellow syrup.

How do you make a perfect snow cone ?

To make perfect snow cones crush ice into tiny pieces, scoop it into paper cones, and drizzle with flavors syrup. Top with more crushed ice and more syrup. Added sprinkles or small candies to the top as an added bonus then serve !

Ingredients

Crushed ice
1/2 ounce grenadine
5 ounces pineapple juice (any fruit juice)
2 ounces gin
Splash curacao

Instruction

Step 1

On a work surface line 5 or 7 shot glasses. (Making a snow cone, this can get messy).

Step 2

On a cocktail shaker add grenadine. Added crashed ice to the ice until the shaker is three quarters full. Into the shekhar pour the pineapple juice over the back off a spoon.

Step 3

Then add the gin and a splash of curacao. This will create a layers, on a shot glasses strain the liquid. If Making ice cones, pour over the crashed ice, making sure there is enough space for all of the colour.
